Vulpoid is a Dark-type Creo whose reputation as a fearsome hunter dwarfs its already impressive stature.

Once Vulpoid sets its sights on a meal, it does not rest until its craving is sated. Fortunately for everyone else, its hunger does know some bounds.

Biology

Vulpoid merges so completely into shadow that no prey senses its coming until it is too late. Even during the day, shadows flock toward it as if attracted by a magnet, screening it from view.

Vulpoid is not limited to hunting at night. If Vulpoid's appetite was insatiable, it would decimate the Creo population with ease. A good Rusarth-sized meal will last it for two or three days, while Deor might be more of a light snack.

Vulpoid's ideal habitat includes complex canyon and ravine systems with plenty of ridges, ledges and walls. Theoretically, dense old-growth forests would also provide it with plenty of cover, but such a tight-knit, close environment would limit Vulpoid's mobility more than it could bear.
