Vulkan is a Fire-type prime creo that enjoys a private habitat only it can survive: the heart of a volcano.

Vulkan is an explorer at heart. If any living creature can find its way to the center of the earth and back again, it is Vulkan.

Biology

Vulkan is sheathed in fire-resistant scales, and every organ in its body is built to withstand constant, extreme heat. Its lungs, notably, can neutralize harmful gases and particles.

Vulkan's metabolism is remarkable in that it needs no water at all, and it draws most of its nutrition directly from the minerals and thermal energy all around it. Its stomach holds acids and enzymes that can digest rock.

Where other creo swim in water, Vulkan swims in rivers of lava. It loves to venture deep into magma chambers and cruise along lava streams after an eruption.
