Castorini is a Normal-type Creo that lives near rivers and streams.

While it is only .3 meters in height, Castorini's engineering capabilities should not be underestimated.

Biology

Castorini's ever-growing teeth can chew through trees with diameters of up to a meter.

When they are not sawing down trees, Castorini are busy stripping away leaves, twigs, and the inner bark of trees for food. In the warmer seasons, they also enjoy water lilies and other aquatic plants.

Castorini ingeniously shapes and redirects the flow of the rivers and streams it lives near. As it chews through a tree, it orchestrates the direction in which the tree falls with remarkable precision, ensuring that it lands in the water. It then lets the current do the work of sweeping the hewn logs to a bottleneck where they form a dam. Not only do these dams create secure hiding places in which Castorini can take refuge from predators, but they also provide habitats for various creatures and help to mitigate floods during heavy rains.
