Castorini is a Normal-type creo that lives near rivers and streams.

It stands only .3 meters tall, but Castorini's engineering skills should not be underestimated.

Biology

Castorini's ever-growing teeth can chew through trees up to a meter in diameter.

When they are not sawing down trees, Castorini are busy stripping away leaves, twigs, and inner bark for food. In the warmer seasons they also enjoy water lilies and other aquatic plants.

Castorini shapes and redirects the flow of the rivers and streams it lives beside with real ingenuity. As it chews through a tree, it controls the direction of the fall with remarkable precision, making sure the tree lands in the water. Then it lets the current sweep the cut logs down to a bottleneck where they pile into a dam. Those dams give Castorini secure hiding places from predators, and they also create habitat for other creatures and help hold back floods during heavy rain.
