Stenrouh is an Earth and Dark-type creo that rarely sees daylight.

Menacing looks and antisocial habits aside, Stenrouh is fairly gentle. Its non-violence may owe more to its isolated environment than to any real virtue, but it keeps to itself and would rather not start a fight or do any harm.

If it comes across cave-dwelling creo who clearly got to a space first, it goes around them and digs off in another direction. Its hostility is reserved for invaders, not for fellow creatures of the deep.

Biology

Stenrouh digs with hands shaped like pickaxes. Aboveground it is easily overstimulated by everything from sunlight to birdsong.

Its brooding 2.23 meter frame and dark coloring are easily the stuff of nightmares.

Stenrouh lives in remote, rocky mountain country that supports very little life. It tunnels deep, building a network of passages and vertical shafts inside whatever range it has settled in, seeking out the darkness and silence beneath the mountains. Should another creo wander into its territory through some unguarded entrance, Stenrouh crawls out from underneath them and sends them scrambling for the exit.
