Kahrus is an Air and Electric-type creo with a brilliant fan of yellow and blue tail feathers.

If you hear a thunderclap under a clear blue sky, chances are a Kahrus just flew overhead.

Biology

When Kahrus' feathers rub together, the resulting crackle of static sounds like thunder. Its tail can compress into a slimmer profile, but that does nothing to stop the electric rustling.

Kahrus feathers shift to match the various shades of blue in the sky, so even with such vivid plumage it can be hard to spot. It also flies at nearly supersonic speed, so by the time anyone hears it, it has usually passed out of sight. At night, though, the gold zigzag growths on its wings and tail glow, not as fiercely as a lightning flash, but brightly enough to be mistaken for shooting stars.

Kahrus sticks to a diet of fruits, nuts, roots, and seeds. It is not the stealthiest hunter, so it prefers food that stays put and does not startle easily.
