Sky Map
A Sky Map is an area reached by using Fly from the Creo menu with a Creo that has the ability active. Both games have them, and in both they work the same way: the sky is a map in its own right, walked like any other, and coming down at a given spot puts the player on the ground there. Some ground locations can only be reached this way.
Flying is not always allowed. It is refused in crowded areas, below ground and while riding, and some parts of a sky map stay closed until the story has moved far enough on. Trying to reach a disallowed spot gives the message "The wind is strong up ahead."
EvoCreo 2
EvoCreo 2 has five sky maps. Four cover Shoru.

Landing zones
Each sky map carries a set of marked spots that descend to a fixed place on the ground. They are the only way off a sky map, and three of them lead to secret areas that have no map of their own and cannot be reached on foot.

Two sky maps hold a prime creo standing on the map rather than in the encounter table: a Lv 75 
on Open Sky and a Lv 85 
on Hidden Sky.
