Itsa is a Nature-type creo with a permanent pout on its heart-shaped face.

It may sound comical, but Itsa's primary line of defense is that scowl.

Biology

Instead of hair, Itsa has actual leaves sprouting from its head, and they photosynthesize as a secondary way of gathering energy. Its body, on the other hand, only looks like a fat green stem sprouting leaves for arms and feet.

Itsa feeds on grasses and fallen fruit that has started to rot.

Should a predator go so far as to take a bite, the foul taste that fills its mouth is enough to keep it from ever trying again.

The scowl is enough to make most predators think twice. To be fair, a "predator" from Itsa's point of view includes plenty of harmless herbivores that mistake it for a juicy apple. Once they register the scowl, they realize they are not dealing with a mere plant and move along. Most Itsa recover and regrow lost tissue after an encounter like that. Even the ones that do not can die easy knowing they have done the rest of their kind a service.

Description

Itsa may look like an angry cherub but it's only to keep the bigger creo from thinking twice before attacking.
