Tykscal is an Earth and Light-type creo with one of the worst defense systems in the creo kingdom.

Tykscal is a favorite snack of many larger creo.

Biology

Tykscal hatches from its egg wrapped in an exoskeleton, the kind of shell that normally protects a soft, fleshy inside. Tykscal's exoskeleton is just as soft and fleshy as everything under it, which makes it completely useless.

Tykscal feeds on rotting matter such as dead leaves and the waste of other creo. It cannot chew anything very hard, so it prefers food with a pasty texture that is well on its way to becoming dark, nutrient-rich humus.

Tykscal meat is said to be very sweet and tender, with no annoying bones, shells, or tufts of hair or fur to spit out or eat around.

Tykscal spends its days skittering away from danger on its six legs. Some of its kind are smart enough to dig small burrows in the dirt for real safety.
