Fulgedeus is a humanoid Electric-type Creo that has mastered the manipulation of electricity.

While Fulget enjoy frolicking in lightning storms and toying with electrical currents, the select few specimens who evolve into Fulgedeus must exhibit an exceptional grasp of electricity manipulation.

Fulget tend to be little more than a nuisance when it comes to interactions with humans. Fulgedeus, on the other hand, are dependable technicians, provided that they are well looked after.

In exchange for repairing and enhancing human electrical systems, Fulgedeus demand a steady supply of human tools and devices that they could not procure or produce otherwise. These manmade gadgets allow Fulgedeus to build their own settlements equipped with quality technology.

Fulgedeus may spend much of their time among humans doing their work, but they prefer to live among their own kind in an organized society. They do humans the additional favor of keeping Fulget antics under control.

Biology

Fulgedeus has a banana yellow complexion and a rack of three blue horns. Its characteristic article of clothing is a pair of deep blue pantaloons. It is more than double the stature of Fulget.

Fulgedeus wields an impressive staff shaped like a lightning bolt. Depending on where the staff is pointed and how it is twirled, Fulgedeus redirects and alters energy flows. Fulgedeus has a long and supple tail whose end somewhat resembles its staff but does not share the same capabilities.

A focused zap of energy from the tip of Fulgedeus' staff, many times stronger than the average lightning bolt, is enough to remind a Fulget that electricity is not all fun and games, at least for a couple hours.
