Yeterra is an Earth-type Creo whose single lavender-colored horn is believed to have healing properties.

There has been a long-standing debate between professionally-trained physicians and traditional healers as to the efficacy of powdered Yeterra horn. Nevertheless, it has long been coveted by humans, especially as a cure for infertility.

Biology

Fortunately for Yeterra, it sheds its horn every spring and grows a new one. This has spared it from being hunted and killed simply to obtain this substance.

Yeterra has its own uses for its horn, such as digging for roots and tubers in the forests that it inhabits. Almost as a form of compensation for what it takes from the earth, new plants and flowers bloom wherever it digs. Furthermore, when Yeterra scrapes its horn against the bark of decaying or diseased trees, they begin to put out new, healthy shoots. These phenomena are likely what first suggested to humans that Yeterra's horn was no ordinary appendage.
