All eighteen caverns are named simply Cavern in game, and are numbered here to tell them apart. Cavern 18 is the odd one out: its encounter table is shared with no other cavern, and it is the only one where Metacoon appears underground. No map in the export carries a dig zone naming Cavern 18 as its destination, so the surface entrance is not recorded in the map data and needs filling in from play.
