The four towers of the Plains of Derision are identical single rooms, each holding one challenge. Tower West is the only one holding nothing to pick up at all: Bashar and his Armbo line are the whole of it.
This location is part of the Prime Dimension DLC, which is required to access it. The DLC is free on Steam and console.
