The Shoru Government building is a two-floor government building in Akhir City, in the
Sahra Region. The location features in EvoCreo 2.
The ground floor holds a public library and a waiting area where constituents queue for
representatives who keep rescheduling them, while the council chamber upstairs is closed to
anyone without a Shoru Government Keycard. The councillors met there are frank about how
little they achieve: Amin says special interest groups and corporate money run the council
and that is why nothing is done for the refugees, Oluwaseun is signing off tax breaks for
corporations while on close to minimum wage, and Grayson states outright that he serves
Yashi rather than the people and does not want to hear the fraud allegations against
them. The same floor is directing the crackdown on Berg Village, with officers being
sent to reinforce Kabir Bridge. Farwa waits downstairs, having spent years getting
nowhere with the council, and after testing the player in battle she proposes taking matters
into their own hands and defending the refugee camp on
Trail 21.

Missions
Samuel has spent days trying to get the council to act on wild creo swarming the towns, and
hands over the keycard that opens the upper floor once Fajer Town, Zaytoon Village,
Sahra Village, Electree City, La Daya City and Barkan City have all been
cleared. Nefarious agents has no mission giver in the map data: it is started by the story and
reported to Mayor Sequoia.
