Nebu
Nebu is a Light and Dark-type Creo encountered most often in Alphite legend.
Nebu is often seen at war with itself, its sinuous neck and powerful tail lashing out at one another. It is best not to disturb it during this ritual.
Biology
The contrasting coloration of Nebu's body represents its dual nature. By day, Nebu becomes an intense purplish black that deepens surrounding shadows. By night, it shines a blinding pale gold that makes the moon and stars look washed out.
Nebu primarily eats an assortment of rocks. Some are soft and chalky, while others are hard and brittle. Some are transparent crystal, others dark and opaque. These opposing properties help it maintain internal balance despite its external contradictions.
Nebu inhabits open plains where it can move freely, without having to dodge trees or outcroppings of rock. Sometimes it treads lightly, barely leaving indentations on the ground where it steps. Other times, it shakes the ground, gouging out chunks of earth with its talons.
