The four towers of the Plains of Derision are identical single rooms, each holding one challenge. Tower North has no evoker inside, but it is not empty: a Lv 100 Scion with a rare pattern stands in the middle of the floor, the highest ranked of any creo placed on a map in the game. A pair of Tactical Goggles sits beside it.
This location is part of the Prime Dimension DLC, which is required to access it. The DLC is free on Steam and console.
